# 今年もあと3ヶ月・・・。

皆さん、こんにちは！

 

加圧トレーニング　studio salute の青野です。

 

表題の通り、今年も残り3ヶ月を切りました。

何か、時が過ぎるのってあっという間ですね。

私の中でも色々あった1年でした。

 

というのも、私が越谷の studio salute にきて、もう1年と2ヶ月が過ぎているのですが、

とあるお客様から、『何かもっといたような感じがする』と言われました。

 

とても嬉しいことですが、それと同時に『歳もとったな～』という感じもします。

まだ26の若僧ですが。（笑）

 

サルーテも先月より新プランが登場し、より良いサービスが提供できるよう努力しています。

私自身もまだまだ新しいサービス、より良いサービスができないか、いろいろ考え中です。

 

新しいプランが増えたことによって、よりサプリメントが身近なものになり、

プランに組み込まれているものとは別に、サプリメントを購入してくださる方も増えました。

 

ただ、私の中でお客様にこれだけは伝えています。

**『あくまで3食の食事をしっかりして下さい』**と。

 

サプリメントはあくまで『栄養補助食品』なので、足りないと思ったら飲むのが理想です。

ただ、頼りすぎてしまうと、時には摂りすぎて様々な障害を引き起こす事もございます。

 

目安を守り、正しく飲んでサプリメントの効果を実感して、より良い生活を送りましょう！
