皆さん、こんにちは！！

 

越谷・南越谷のパーソナルトレーニングジム

加圧トレーニング　studio salute　

パーソナルトレーナーの青野です。

 

そろそろお子様がいる家庭では

クリスマスプレゼントを購入されている頃かと思います。

私はもう親からプレゼントをもらえませんが(笑)、

彼女と一緒にいいプレゼント交換ができるのでとても楽しみです。

 

 

 

さて今回は、

**『トレーナーがオススメするプロテインバー！』**

ということで、

 

最近、何かと新しいプロテインバーが

発売されている事が多くなり、またプロテインバーに限らず、

タンパク質を多く含む食品が多く出回るようになりました。

そこで今回は、私が数多くのプロテインバーの中で、

とてもオススメのプロテインバーをご紹介致します。

国内産と海外産に分けてご紹介致します。

 

 

 

まずは国内編！！

 

 

 

**国内編美味しい****プロテインバーランキング！！**（スタッフ青野調べ）

 

 

 

 

**第1位　アサヒ　1本満足バー　**

草彅剛さんがCM起用されているので

有名な1本満足バーシリーズのプロテインシリーズ！

味はチョコレート、ストロベリー、ヨーグルトの

3種類ありますが、私がオススメするのはヨーグルト味です！！

 

 

 

**第2位　DNS　BAR-X　チョコレート風味**

2位のDNSは当スタジオにも置いてあるプロテインバー。

抹茶風味も美味しいですが、やはりそこは定番のチョコが美味しい(≧▽≦)

やや価格は高めですが、タンパク質も豊富なので、

ケーキを食べるよりかはカロリーはもちろん少なめです。

 

 

 

 

**第3位　UHA味覚糖　SIXPACK　チョコレート味**

3位のUHA味覚糖から出されているプロテインバーは、

味が他にもベリー風味、キャラメル風味とあり、タンパク質が20ｇと、

国内産の中でもトップクラスの含有量となっています。

味ももちろん美味しいですが、これも定番のチョコレート味が美味しいです。
