# 越谷の加圧・パーソナル　スタジオサルーテ空き情報

おはようございます。

越谷の加圧・パーソナルトレーニング　スタジオサルーテです。

皆様、お元気でしょうか？

本日は、さわやかに晴れるそうで、お仕事、お出かけ、学校、お洗濯、等、など何をするにも気持ちよく過ごせそうですね。

ただ、予想最高気温は14℃と少し肌寒いので、寒くないお洋服でお出かけ下さいね。

 

 

 

さて、本日11月10日は何の日かと申しますと、【エレベーターの日】です。1980年（明治23）のこの日、東京・浅草の12階建ての陵雲鶴で、

日本初の電動エレベーターが公開されたことを記念して、日本エレベーター協会が制定。

 

 

 

 

お仕事、お出かけ、学校、お洗濯、等、などでエレベーターを使うことが多いと思います。（（笑）洗濯で使う方は少ないと思いますが・・・）

健康維持・ダイエットには、3回に1度階段を使う。または、３UP・5DOWNを心がけるなど、できるだけ階段を使うように心がけてください。

膝には注意ですが・・・・

また、なかなか実践するのが難しいなんて方は、越谷の加圧・パーソナルトレーニング　スタジオサルーテでお待ちしておりますね(笑)
